Handpicked at the turning point, cold-extracted within 24 hours, and stored under nitrogen — this oil preserves the most vibrant expression of Sicilian terroir.

Now in its fourth generation, the Galioto family farms 100 hectares of olive groves across the limestone plateau of the Monti Iblei, milling estate Tonda Iblea and Moresca at the family's continuous cold-extraction plant in Ferla.
