Frantoio Romano's third premium line — a rare indigenous cultivar grown exclusively on the ancient Samnite hills of Ponte, Benevento. Cold-extracted from Racioppella olives at the veraison stage. Clear emerald green color. On the nose: medium-intense fruitiness of still-green olives, unripe tomato, artichoke, celery and unripe fruit. On the palate: delicate, fluid and smooth with a pleasant balance of sweet and bitter, closing with a light spicy note.

Frantoio Romano is a family-run Sannio estate at the foot of Mount Taburno in Benevento, Campania. The N.03 cuvée is drawn from Racioppella, a rare indigenous cultivar found only on the Samnite hills of Ponte — hand-picked at veraison and cold-extracted within hours to preserve aromatic delicacy.
