A monovarietal of the rare Leccio del Corno variety, unique to this Tuscan terroir. Medium-robust fruitiness with elegant vegetal notes, balanced bitter and spicy. Ideal on grilled fish, white meats and fresh pasta. A tribute to the estate's 45-year history and the Flos Olei Farm of the Year 2026 title.

Founded in 1979 when Michele di Gaetano left Milan for the hills above Livorno, Società Agricola Fonte di Foiano now farms over a hundred hectares of estate olive groves and is the Flos Olei 2026 Farm of the Year. The 1979 cuvée is built around rare Leccio del Corno olives unique to this Tuscan terroir.
