About Società Agricola Fonte di Foiano
Società Agricola Fonte di Foiano farms over a hundred hectares of olive groves in the Tuscan hills above the Maremma. Each cultivar is picked separately, milled the same day in a cold-extraction plant calibrated for minimal oxygen exposure, and bottled as a single-cultivar selection.
